Terms of Service

This Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between A1 Pro Pressure Cleaning LLC (the “Service Provider”) and (the “Client”), collectively referred to as the “Parties”, for the purpose of setting forth the terms and conditions under which the Service Provider will perform exterior cleaning services for the Client.

Services: The Service Provider will provide exterior cleaning services as specified in the Service Quote provided to the Client. Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing by both Parties.

Payment: The Client agrees to pay the Service Provider the full amount stated in the Service Quote upon completion of the work. Payment can be made by cash, check, Zelle. 

Access to Property: The Client will ensure that the Service Provider has access to the property on the scheduled date and time.

Safety: The Service Provider will take all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of its employees and the Client’s property during the performance of services. However, the Client is responsible for ensuring that all persons and pets stay clear of the work area during the service. We will be taping off areas to ensure no persons can cross and all hoses will be wrapped with reflector tape to show visibility. 

Liability: The Service Provider shall not be liable for any damages or loss resulting from the performance of the services, except for damages caused by the Service Provider’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Warranty: The Service Provider warrants that the services provided will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. If the Client is not satisfied with the services provided, the Service Provider will return to the property to remedy the issue at no additional charge.

Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by giving written notice to the other party. The Client will be

responsible for payment for all services performed up to the date of termination.

Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous, agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the services provided hereunder.
